Update - CIA/Stack Building - Pearl Building

Look what's going up at the Pearl

I had seen a mobile crane in place for the last week or so, but this went up today.

So now we have 5 cranes in and around DT:

Embassy Suites RW
10-story Justice Center
Durango Phase - Victoria Commons
Haven for Hope
CIA/Stack Building - Pearl
