The balconies are moving along quickly now, they finish off the building brilliantly. Below, the south & east sides, east & north sides, east side, south side and south & west sides respectively.

Lobby glass from behind fencing. I can't wait for the hoarding and fences to come down to get an unobstructed view of the lobby.

The towns. Interestingly they've poured a concrete slab in front of them, I'm not quite sure for or why. Time will tell.

I've created another meaning for FTW... F*** The Weather

I managed to bring my camera today and snap some shots of X and other projects... It was DARK by the time i got there!... So all the shots turned out really unclear and dark.. oh well... FTW!

Again, sorry for the poor image quality... If anyone knows how to take good (high res) night shots, tell me

I have more pics that will be posted on other threads

The cladding on the balconies will make everything look ALOT better!!!... It's quite far behind the rest of the cladding though!

I agree. The mechanical penthouse kind of ruins it.

The photos at the top of the page are great, even better seeing the final result now finished topping out.

X's stunning lobby, designed by Cecconi Simone, also tips its hat to Mies van der Rohe by bringing the feel of the travertine-clad Toronto-Dominion Centre lobby to this 44-storey residential tower.

X's pool extends perpendicularly from the tower across the back of the podium.

Up top, the views from X are, unsurprisingly, some of the most stunning in Toronto.

Owners on the top floor will enjoy 12-foot ceilings. This unit sits in the southwest corner of the building.

This unit is in the northwest corner.

Let's just check out the views.

UrbanToronto will return to show you the building's stylish amenities when they are finished.

525 feet 160m 49 floors X2

Can we include X2 in the title of this thread....? or maybe just change the title over to X2 as the first tower has been completed.

it is currently in excavation mode next to X Condominium.....
