DALLAS | 2000 McKinney/Texas Capital Bank Building | HEIGHT | 20 FLOORS
Here is another one no one has started a thread about but it is under construction in Uptown Dallas, These are the renderings and I will have construction pics this weekend.
All the buildings going up in Uptown are gorgeous. Even the ones that are from years ago are still looking great. Those two in the background in that construction shot are two of my favorites in the whole city. I would LOVE to walk around Uptown in a couple of years when all of this is complete and take a ton of pictures.
At the beginning of the summer i walked all over downtown, i didnt know i knew my way around as well as i did. Life is returning and UpTown looks like once the towers go up, there frozen in time because they are so well kept up with that they look new year after year.
Here's an interesting rough rendering of the building from an angle that presents a portion of the Woodall Rodgers Park in the foreground (several block-long park proposed to be built over the freeway).

Certainly a nice looking tower. Too bad it couldn't have gone all the way up to the height limit for that spot though...that would have made it all the more impressive.
