I cant believe this hasn't been started yet. Some of you Dallas peeps disappoint me.

Ok, this is under construction, Here is the rendering and i will pull some pics from this other forum site i look in on to show construction progress and I will post some pics i will take this weekend.

It was raining so i didn't get the pics...but i dont think anyone cares about the towers that are shorter then 30 stories. Thats sad.

My skyline is full of buildings shorter than 30 stories. I care! lol

Are there any other renderings of it?

Also, does anyone know where that 310 foot height came from? What was the source on that? Newspaper article? Does anyone have a link? I noticed the building didn't have its height listed at Emporis. I'd like to get that added.

Kev, the height was confirmed by The Hanover Co. and Dallas P&Z ages ago.

Actually, there used to be a thread on this ages ago. It must've dropped below the pruning cut-off due to no updates.
