The location of Plac Unii has been an important point on the Warsaw transport map for centuries. The square itself was built on initiative of King Stanisław August Poniatowski and to this day remains one of the most important crossings of the major city roads.
In the vicinity of Plac Unii lies Trasa Łazienkowska, several tram and bus routes, as well as the underground. A trip to the very centre, near Central Railway Station, takes only five minutes, while the transfer to Fryderyk Chopin Airport takes only a quarter.

Plac Unii towers over the borders of the lively Śródmieście and Mokotów – the most populated Warsaw district, full of luxurious apartment buildings. Near Plac Unii lie the city’s “green lungs” – Park Łazienkowski and Pole Mokotowskie. The nearby, elegant Aleje Ujazdowskie houses major governmental institutions and numerous diplomatic offices.

That's a nice looking development - and even nicer construction shots! Will there be street-facing retail? It's hard to tell from the renders.

Wow great quality! The long slim windows make a great vertical accentuation while the big base allows for some width as well.
