This is really going to be a cool corridor once it starts to build out. I'm a huge fan of elegantly clad mid-rises in outer core neighborhoods that help ease people into a more urban walkable lifestyle that isn't as intimidating as urban core high rises.

Extra points there for the solar panel roof. That's very cool.

It's actually even better than that, the dang thing runs off geothermal energy in part as well, pretty fascinating:

(like button)

So it looks like this is the top floor of the main building, then there will be the penthouse floor on top.

Did they remove one of the cranes?

Seems as though they have a couple more floors to do.

This Jefferson Bank headquarters building is going to be beautiful. I sure do wish it will be very well lit up at night to show the building!
Now we need the W Hotel to get cranking!!!!

I'm just comparing it to the rendering, which shows 7 glass floors above tha garage and the penthouse on top. In Spoiler's photo the top floor looks taller than the rest, which matches the rendering.

Is it just me or is anybody else not counting 13 floors?

Google updated their street view last month. Sucks 1603 Broadway seems like it's dead in the water. We'd seem to have a nice little midtown skyline going.

Some average renderings of what it will look like inside. I can't seem to add the pictures into the forum. If someone wants to do that for me

From Biz Journals. Even though it's not very tall, it makes a big difference down there on Broadway. I knew Still Golden had dibs on one of the retail pads but I didn't know there was a rooftop bar planned too (unless that's just for office workers?)

Hopefully Broadway East starts kicking soon and (fingers crossed) someone can bring back 1603 from the dead. The "lack of financing due to covid" seems like a strange excuse with all this other construction going on.

Thanks for the update, Raul.
