[SA Metro] 500-Acre Bandera Subdivison Would Rely On Rainwater

I'm not going to post the article because there's nothing too special about the development aside from some condominiums and a golf course (that might not be too special) however, the developer of this subdivision is proposing that each home be outfitted with tanks to store rainwater for daily use.
