This is seriously taking FOREVER to the point where I nearly forget about it unless I happen to pass by.

The concrete seems more white than on other projects. Or maybe I'm crazy. Or both.

Whoa, getting some nice verticality

It looks good in that spot. I think I'm going to like this one a lot. In large part because it doesn't have a parking podium.

This is “one” of my favorites. So crazy to live in a city when you can have favorites going up.

I sure hope that's the beginnings of some serious soundproofing going up on the Sixth Street side.

This project did not have onsite affordable housing proposed way back in 2015 when it went to the Design Commission. Unless something changed since then, it won't be able to continue construction.

Looks like the crane is being raised on this one.

The crane is really up there. It looks like they did a jump to the final height instead of a more typical two jumps to get there from where they were. It can even be seen peeking above the Aloft on the Hyatt Centric webcam.

FAA permit - crane - 432 feet

It lists four permits for cranes and lists each one as 1,2,3 and 4, but I can't imagine the building having more than 2.

Here's a look back at the FAA permits for the crane. 432 feet.

We picked up our groceries this afternoon from the HEB at I-35 & William Cannon, and I could clearly see the crane poking up on the skyline. There's also a nice little cluster of cranes between 300 Colorado and Indeed Tower.
