3-4 year old sweet shot just before southcore construction obscured the king/bay core from the waterfront view.

Looking special...

A lot is going on in that picture. Even after 3 or 4 years, there is still the same amount of construction going on there in Southcore. Projects, like 16 York, and CIBC Square, and the One Yonge Project. For such a relatively small area the construction is never ending..

What's really nice is that we're seeing new projects happening east of the downtown core, which has been lacking new investments in decades.

A new tool for public engagement. @SteveRobichaud3 and his team 3D-printed this scale model of downtown #HamOnt so the public can “insert” new development proposals to get a sense of scale/context. Also doing other parts of city + digital version for street-level visualization.

Blue is under construction
Red is proposed (both red buildings are part of the Royal Connaught project)

Here's what I've got so far for the future skyline of downtown London!

Great as always Koops.

Still wish there was software that allowed you to drop in drawings into existing density ala Google Earth. Then the towers rise from the base build. Dreaming.

Most or all, he needs better 3d modeling software. The quality remains terrible.
