one of the things I love about this tower is how thin it is ...the result of the heritage house restricting the limits of the width ...it produces an elegant proportion along the darker end-walls and is a big relief on the skyline vs all the chunkier floor plates that we usually see

Great shot. Another building that turned out as good or better than the renderings. Seems like Vancouver has improved a lot in this regard.

Did they reveal the SW facing corner material? or is that just the glare from the sun?

Nice! More (or different) boots, lens and eye, makes for great viewing. Thanks.

They're finishing up the balcony marble work and breaking down the scaffolding today.

PS - the elevator overrun is now painted white - the pink must have been an undercoat.

When you first noticed the pink, I was thinking it's got to be a weather wrap, being pink, a Owens Corning product? Maybe.

I looked up 3M since they used it on the rest of the building and didn't see anything that colour for their sheathing.

This black wall is a bit cruel - making a small space even more claustrophic, and not reflecting any light down to the plants.

The temporary unloading berth has been removed
Last week Feb 19th

This morning

Start of glazing at the removed hoist area.
