10 Rittenhouse Square is the only condo project I can think of that began construction without a lot of publicity, marketing and pre-sales. But come on. It's on Rittenhouse Square. It sells itself. This thing is on North Delaware Ave. I have seen no marketing effort whatsoever. Hell, even Mandeville throws an ad in Philadelphia magazine every now and again.

And, of course, we know what kinds of struggles Waterfront Square is facing.

It's time to write this one off.

Folks, BVT is still on the radar...I don't raise false hope but I also don't speculate.

I would say this has about as much likelihood of being built as Signature Tower in Nashville, i.e., not much anytime soon.

I would really like some sort of update on this project either way. There hasn't been any new information released in a while now.

Bump. Any word? This tower looks spectacular, and I think would be a simply stunning addition to Philly.

Developers never come out and announce they are taking a wait and see approach. They are always "full speed ahead" until the day they are cancelled and that is only if they have to return someone's deposit. My guess is this one will fade away and be forgotten.......not unlike the world trade center, which is still pending according to the developer.

This definitely won't break ground this month...if at all. I haven't heard anything about it. So you would think you would hear a lot more about this project if it was breaking ground this month.

I don't think its going to get build soon either...

however,

Everyone's assuming that Trump is underway, well sorta at least, according to schedule, and we haven't heard much about that lately, officially at least. So I guess anything is possible.

^^ I haven't heard anything about this project. If it does break ground, I have a feeling it won't be for a long while

I was around there on Saturday and no activity at all on the BVT lot despite activity at Waterfront Square, Trump Tower and SugarHouse. Stay tuned.
