Pembina hall

I'm curious about the height of Pembina Hall at the U of M, but I couldn't find anything that shows how tall it is on the internet. Does everyone know how tall the building is?

When I drew it, I estimated that it was approximately 43 meters high. My estimates tend to be a bit high, though, so it is probably closer to 40.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
As shown in the plans submitted for approval in connection with this application and Figure 1
and 2 of this attachment, the proposal is to build a thirteen storey student residence with a
mechanical penthouse above the thirteenth floor. The building would be 179.5 feet in height at
its tallest point and 157.5 feet in height at the top of the parapet above the thirteenth floor. It
would be supported at two ends and extend over Pembina Hall and University Club. The main
entrance to the building would be facing north, close to its west end. The letter of intent states
that building over Pembina Hall and University Club will preserve on-campus green space and
that the building would consist of a 358 room student residence.
In order to obtain a development permit, the maximum building height requirement must be
varied from 100 to 157.5 feet and the maximum projection above the supporting roof for a
mechanical/elevator penthouse requirement must be varied from 20 to 22 feet.
