Smile My New York City Drawing (please see)

Hey i am Roman Reyna, i am 16 years old and i love New York city, especially the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. I never got a chance to see the Twins in person, but for me drawing them brings me closer. I really hope that one day i will get a chance to see the Twins in person, its truly my dream to see them and take lots of pictures with them in person.
The following are a few pictures of my WTC drawings. Thanks for looking(:

Here's my finished NYC drawing

Here's a close up with the American international building

And here's another close up with the Woolworth Building.

and here i am holding my drawing(:

This drawing took me about a year to finish. I started working on it when i was in 8th grade.
as you can tell this drawing is viewed from Brooklyn, so i decided to do is draw on another paper the same are BUT from jersey city. and heres the NEW drawing from jersey. Its under-construction still, and hopefully ill finish it soon. Here's a sneak peek(:

Here's the drawing from jersey, i also decided to add the other wall of the towers, not just flat like my first drawing.

Here's a close up of the drawing with the World Financial Center.

and here's another close up with American international building.

thanks for looking!(:

Nice job. You should try to draw the new WTC as well. I have a feeling it might come out great as well.

Sincerely

PS I usually don't leave my signature lying around unless if it's something important, if I am doing my work, or if it's something impressive. Your drawing caught my impressiveness so I signed.

Outstanding work. I definitely echo the sentiments here, I've been working hard over the last 5 years, learning how to become better at drawing and drafting, and I'm not even 10% as good as you are. I'm very impressed at the work you've done, and would really like seeing more if you have any.

Nice job, I used to do the same thing when I was a kid. Get some books on methods for drawing using true perspective, I think you'll enjoy it.

A great pastime and something I did often from about age 11-21 or so (since I started working as an actual architect I rarely get to draw like that).

Excellent work.

A good reference I would suggest is Albert Lorenz. www.albertlorenzstudio.com
If you can find some of his books they have marvelous drawings of this type and lots of old school hints and tricks.
