When I was growing up in Shreveport, I remember road trips at nite into Dallas and seeing this building with its white stripes from miles away. Its always been a little sentimental to me. I'm glad there's at least a viable future for this icon.

I wonder how its almost twin sister; 2 Peachtree Ctr in Atlanta is holding up. She's a little shorter and a year younger than Elm Place.
