Looking forward to seeing your drawings!

I would think that the plans for one water and the others are buried somewhere in this thread (or the Kelowna development website).

Now Landmark 7 doesn’t seems to have much info available anywhere despite already moving forward.

Ill probably try and draw up much of the proposed buildings where i can find the proposals and building plans. ive found westcorp hotel, all of the buildings on brooklyn block, the buildings proposed for the parking lot at prospera. The building that is proposed for the dragon king restaurant.

If someone knows where I can see the plans for one water, ella or various other highrises that would be awesome.

Now I just need to request these buildings
Thats awesome thanks so much, the Kelowna diagram page is definitely lacking.

I think I saw some plans recently for a few of the proposals, I'll see if I can find them again tomorrow.

A few updates, probably 5-7 days old. I believe Ellis Parc and One Water Street both may have an extra floor since I took these.

Does anyone know how long it takes to request a building? I requested Brooklyn on Bernard maybe a week ago so I can post my drawing but still nothing.

Does anyone know what’s going in right next to the St. Paul on Clement?

The adjacent lot will be another 6 storey residential complex, and right across Clement from these is a similar proposed development.

I was in Kelowna and was going to go downtown but you amazing people are all here posting photos. I did go to Landmark and saw some work going on there. I didn't make it into Landmark District Market.

The parking between Landmark 3, 4, and 5 is getting reworked for the second time since the buildings were completed. I wonder if a pedestrian friendly plaza is going in? Hopefully. The area has a long way to go to become pedestrian friendly but baby steps. Actually, a lot of Kelowna streets could use some sidewalks but it's a tough sell between levying the property owners and having taxpayers foot the bill.

Does anyone know the status of South Perimeter Road? The original completion date was Spring 2019 but I hear it's still under construction.

Thanks!

There’s a couple houses on Richter at Clement that are boarded up and look ready to be torn down, anyone know what’s going on there?

Thats another 4 or 6 story development, I'm sure it got approved after they sorted out some issues with locals on that block (source: have a friend living a few doors away from it). They started demolition on some of the homes but some are still there. I see the RCMP clearing squatters out probably twice a week from those remaining houses.

What's the objection to woodframe? Genuinely asking. I'm still used to Metro Vancouver opinions on the building material (seismic and moisture concerns, mostly, plus potentially greater noise transmission) and not too familiar with Kelowna/Okanagan perspectives. I've lived in three (very recent) wood frame condo/apartment buildings in Kelowna so far and haven't personally had any complaints.

Is it even under construction yet at all? I live in Lower Mission and drive to Upper Mission frequency and have yet to see anything.

I heard in the media that it was supposed to start in May/June but I was up on Gillard last weekend and didn't notice anything new.

City of Kelowna says its still in design stage.
