So this is what we'd say to Pat Fiacco standing at Portage & Main? I think I'll print out a few threads so he can understand the background bickering going on here. But then again, I won't find Mr. Fiacco at Portage & Main anytime soon now will I?

Oh well, I'll go give it to Katz standing at... what major intersection will he be at again? jk Saskatchewan, nothing but love for you. Congrats on the Grey Cup win btw.

What intersection is Mr Katz going to stand at? I think the most trafficked intersection Downtown is Sask Dr at Albert St, but it's also the city's most lethal and collision-prone one that he very well might end up dead and adding the distraction might not be so good. "Victorious Reginan horde hits Winnipeg mayor, sips blood from Grey Cup"... not exactly the best headline.

Maybe Sask Dr at Broad St, by the Casino? With the new Casino video screens and Wingate and STC construction in the background, Regina won't look so hokey-prairie when the pictures make the Winnipeg papers. Or maybe Albert St at Victoria Av, it's the two main streets in town, though the corner itself (IIRC, a gas station, the Plains hotel, Wheat Pool, and Credit Union) isn't that nice.

Too bad Saskatoon didn't get in on the mayor's challenge... make Mr Katz have to come up there to whatever main intersection Saskatoon has. (Base of the Broadway Av bridge? It always seems busy when I was there) Or maybe send the Brandon mayor?
