Too bad it is such a really, really boring building, should have put it downtown with all the other 70's-80's boxes.

I really hope they are going to come back through and add the vertical ribs to the glazings like shown on this rendering. Otherwise the whole glass facade just looks too flat and plain as it is. Looks like they are missing the vertical elements on the left portion of the tower as well, hopefully not lost to cost cutting.
