If a sales rep is telling people that there is occupancy on a project like this at its current status only 7 months down the line, they should be brought in front of their board for licensing review. It's one thing to try and gloss over minor issues. It's another to spread outright fantasia as truth. There's sales, and then there's intentionally misleading people; This doesn't qualify as sales anymore.

Shady companies like Sandhu use shady companies to sell.

Sandhu also has their name on a building in the Exchange that appears to be under heavy renovations. Anyone know which project that is that the state of it?

This is an interesting statement: do you have some sort of beef with them or have some inside info? Because they've had some successful projects that went without a hitch and those other two seem to be moving along well. Or is that just based on this one project?

This is not true and I'll leave it at that.

But this also isn't true. Too often people see things standing and conflate success.

Driving over the Donald St bridge it looked like they had appliances, still in cardboard, but staged in each unit. Could they be entering the stretch of starting to finish units?

I think you're referring to 300 Assiniboine, not D Condo. But in that case, yes it looks pretty close.

And it will be 231 feet in the sky in spring of 2017, if ever.

It's not good. When a mortgage is called it means you're in violation of the terms causing a default event.

Something like, say, using mortgage proceeds from one project to quietly pay the bills coming due on another. Banks hate when you do that. They also hate when you skim your development fees off the top.
