A little bit more detail on phase 2 in Western Investor.

Quote:
"Ground was broken on the second building in the spring. When the ribbon is cut in late 2020, its 15 storeys will feature street retail and commercial, 75 apartments, a fitness centre, rooftop terrace, commercial kitchen and a parkade with the capacity to hold 132 vehicles.

The capital expenditure for the two buildings will be about $48 million."
