Yes, I am also disappointed because I thought the 13 floor was nicest and made most sense not being wood construction. Always a concrete structure will be my choice.
Well said, St B has a more urban feel especially being so close to downtown and The principal streets like Marion and Provencher nearby lend themselves to that vibe. Sad error...Far too many suburban looks where it does not belong.
