wikipedia claims that there is a neighborhood called "Chicago" in Paarl, South Africa. i can't find any other confirmation of this. and google image results are a dead end.

wikipedia also claims that there is a suburb of KweKwe, Zimbabwe called "Chicago". i can't find any other confirmation of this. and google image results are a dead end.

i'm not sure what the africa-chicago connection is, but those are the only other places on the the globe named purely "Chicago" that i could find.

also, there apparently was a small town in western Kansas called "Chicago" that is now more or less lost to history.
