That's a bit much but to each their own I guess, I like the top part and the ugly part isn't high up enough to really be seen in a city like NYC.

It's still a very tall building and very unique.

Hm, seems this isn't as far along in the development process as I had thought.

Knowing Extell I still have some faith it rises but fingers crossed.
