Two things:

1) Let us never forget the eyesore that Cambria replaces. I'll take Cambrias all day long over that POS.

2) If/when Pearl ever overbuilds on the corner property, it'll make the Cambria much more palatable. It needs to be hemmed in on either side, part of what makes it look awkward is that it is so exposed.

This is looking up from Spruce, where the building looks fine and blends in very well with the surroundings. Unless you are an architecture geek (like we are), no one would even pick up on the perceived shortcomings.
