This project is one of the most exciting right now.
What's the latest rendering of the project?
I recognize two different models from two different renderings, one with a tower on the corner in front of PSFS building, and another one without it.

Yeah I figured that corner's tower isn't getting built soon since the firm's renderings on its website don't show it. I only saw it on a Bizjournal article. But the structure will be prepared to hold it if they ever decide to build it? That's great!

Big time concrete pour is underway at the site today. Two pumps are on the job along with lot of workers. They have also removed the ramp along 11th so all traffic has to enter the site from 12th street.

According to the PBJ article, the apartment will be 17 stories. What gives?

Yeah, I saw that too. Summer has it listed at 281 ft. 21 stories. I'm thinking that will be the height of the 2nd tower? Unless, there's been a change. This is just the first phase. And we have seen in the past, when there's a "first phase", that the "2nd phase" never happens. Let's hope I'm wrong.

Nothing has changed, the apt building is 17 floors on top of the pedastal for retail. This has been reported for a while now. The lower part of the building is 4 floors.

I've been going by the CDR submission height, which labels the building at 21 floors and 281 feet tall.

Looks like 2 floors of retail podium, one amenity/apartment lobby floor, 17 floors of apartments, and one mechanical floor.

All the articles are claiming a 17 floor residential building, which is sort of accurate when you take away the amenity floor, the mechanical floor and the retail podium. So far, the CDR submissions have been the most accurate, therefore I'm keeping the thread title and height the same until I see legitimate documentation stating otherwise.
