Lawyers would actually be figuring out all the hard things about moving a business from the U.S. to Canada, which will likely involve layoffs under Georgia law, possibly the breach of various contracts and leases, dealing with creditors, pension issues, immigration issues, decisions about tax implications of various transaction structures and payment arrangements, negotiations relating to bank financing, potentially trademark and other IP issues, and everything else involved in doing a rather unusual type of $175 million transaction involving multiple parties. That's what we get paid for. Without lawyers, no Jets.
