Wow I was just recalling how the Bloomberg Tower was red white and blue and here Woolworth is as well, looks great! Goldman is growing on me, I love the curve of the tower, can't wait to see the tower when its fully clad!

The WFC just gets lost from that shot. The sort of impact this tower has made.

Too bad the cladding entirely covers the diagonal braces.

Nice find.

I like this metallic looking cladding on the building. But I guess they aren't in a rush to finish.

I really haven't been paying as much attention to the Goldman tower as some of the others, but i do know that the facade is up a little higher now. It's sheer size makes it the 800 lb gorilla on Downtown's skyline, at least until the WTC towers begin to overtake everything.

Nice shots NYguy...you must have shot those from across the river. I would like to get down to that area tomorrow. I'm guessing that the #1 train would take me there. I think it ends at the Ferry Terminal. I plan on making a short list of projects to check out in person while I'm still in town. NY is an endless urban oasis. I'm heading over to the island for dinner tonight can't wait. My truck won't be out of the shop until Wednesday. Yesterday I have taken a crap load of photos...my feet still hurts from all that walking.

I didn't take those photos, but the waterfront photos were taken from a boat. However, you can get those views from accross the river in Jersey City, just take the PATH train from the WTC one stop to Exchange Place. It's worth it just for the photos.

Did construction stop on this tower? It seems a little odd that they removed the cranes already.

The cranes have been gone because they aren't being used for the rest of construction.
