So interesting to me that they're even going so far as installing the balcony glass railings before continuing the vertical structure.

I think Lafarge is producing and erecting the concrete panels, but they are not the GC, so I guess everybody is just working around them.

As with 300 Assiniboine, this building has a real 70s vibe. It matches the rather austere Winter Club next door.

Lafarge will be producing the panels and hollowcore but it is likely a firm like Calado that will be erecting them.

When are they adding the next st of floors or are they cutting it off at 9?

This would have a pretty significant presence going South on Donald if they add there second half of the bldg

Would you accept that I have it on good authority that Lafarge is responsible for erection? They are on their third crane subcontractor I have heard.

Nice, looks like they are installing the top level of precast panels last time I drove by. Pretty imposing building from many vantage points.

I agree, I notice it immediately when I turn onto Stradbrook from Wellington crescent. Its not the prettiest building but its nice to have some height and interest when walking around.

Yeah walking west down Goutlet it's dead centre, massive looking.
