This is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood and waterfront!

Echoing others elsewhere, you outdid yourself this time Tim and covered an extraordinary amount of ground. Thank you! The sun on the buildings instead of behind them does look wonderful…I’m not a morning person either, so doubly appreciate your efforts.

This project turned out WAY better than I thought it would based on the renderings. The interiors look amazing (as do the views...of course!)

sort of a missed opportunity in the back - the little passages between the buildings could have been made a little livelier, but we have a blank wall. (tho looks like the idea is that there will be climbing plants there, so at least green, but still)

Additional art was the want and it was attempted. Agreements could not be reached unfortunately
