Really that's not funny.
^ My point is that by starting construction with the initial equity that they needed to land a construction loan ( just like Shelbourne ), they progressed the project forward where with enough pre sales they will eventually obtain the complete loan.

The completed foundation and partial structure now increase the odds this project will be completed ( in some fashion ) rather than it staying a parking lot until the whole loan was finalized. If it was still a parking lot today,then i would bet that this project wouldn't get built.

Yes, but now you might end up with a 30 storey building instead of a 90 storey building on one of the most spectacular lots in the city if some people had been a bit more reasonable and patient.
