[SA] The Broadway Update | 279 Feet | 20 Floors

I don't know the Height Specs or completion date and I thought it deserves it's own thread. If anyone can edit this up to par feel free that includes the title thanks.

It will be located on Hildebrand Ave. and Broadway.

Who are all the companies involved? The developer, and if possible the architect? I could send some emails and try and get the heights. I would like to know how tall it is. Surely it's going to be around ~230-250 feet tall.

The hole they have excavated is massive and is quite deep, will there be underground parking?

Is that 16th floor of Crown Plaza hotel or Office buiding? It must be the office building because the hotel is only 12 floors I think.

The crown plaza is 21 floors, if I'm not mistaken. You may be thinking of the holiday inn riverwalk, but I think it is also about 20 floors.

Yeah, the Crown Plaza Hotel is one of your tallest buildings actually. 21 floors as Schertz1 mentioned, and it's 325 feet tall. It's actually the 7th tallest in the city, and 6th tallest in downtown. And the Holiday Inn Hotel is supposedly 24 floors. I think that number is wrong though, because the building is 228 feet tall. So for it be 24 floors, you'd think it would be at least 240 feet tall. So maybe it is 20 floors. I need to double check that the next time I'm in San Antonio.

So on the 16th floor, is there like a window at the end of the hallway or something? Near the elevators or something? I'm surprised the hotel doesn't have a card access to use the elevators. I'll have to check that out the next I'm in town and get some pics of the views.

Great pics again, I really enjoyed this set, Shertz1. Thanks.

There are some pretty good views from the CP, but none from the halls. I didn't see any windows.

yeah this is going to add some much needed height to the area, as well as property value.
