The crane is in a different position. The boom had been pointed south.

It's not locked. The crane pivots in the wind.

Who knows if they're still here...I takes a long time to close on a construction loan. Once you get a term sheet (or letter of intent) from a financial institution it probably takes over 2 months to close a deal. Lots of due dilligence that has to be done.

The crane has moved around many times over the past months. 2008 Q2 series

Work does continue - slowly.

The letter of intent has been in hands about three months, term sheet arrived a couple of days prior to the suntimes reporting project to shutdown (8-9 weeks ago), with the tribune reporting financing from Beijing.

I'm glad to see that there is at least some work going on. I'll be a happy camper when I see activity again.

From what I am hearing (I'm a buyer), things may get underway again later in the summer and completion will be heading towards two years later than the original projected date of late this year/beginning of 2009.

that's a bummer if true. the end of june is sneaking up on us, if this project is still in the same state it's been in for weeks now, then we'll have to officially move it the "on hold" category, sadly.
