A revised rendering for 368 King Street west was submitted to the City in Hamilton.
This is currently under construction, with the hotel tower (the shorter one) up about 10 storeys. The existing zoning allows for a 10 storey hotel and 6 storey apartment, they are trying to rezone it for a 12 storey hotel and a 25 storey apartment.
New renderings for the tower at Main and Queen. This is the same developer as the currently under construction "Platinum" condos to the south, which you can see in the rendering. It includes a heritage house along Hess Street, which will be retained as a restaurant space:
New proposal in Hamilton - 101 Hunter Street East, 27 storey condo building with retail at grade. Replaces a surface parking lot and 2 Victorian rowhouses. Right down the street from Hamilton Centre GO Station.
41 Wilson St is preparing for a condo sales launch. The developer started construction on their other Hamilton project essentially immediately after launching sales... And they have already demolished the existing buildings on the site. This is 3x30 storeys, up to 337ft.
"The Design District", three, 30 storey, 328-337 foot tall buildings, recently launched sales and promises to start construction by the end of the year:
