You'd probably be better off doing updates for the entire city of Billings and the metro area, not just the downtown core.

When was One Big Sky Center cancelled? I was hoping that'd be built.

OK...

One Big Sky Center has since then "evolved" into the One Big Sky District with four sub-districts having their own building. They are Civic, Wellness, Entertainment and Educational

There are no rendering as of yet. I have a skyline pic but I don't know who took it to give credit to so the next time I comeback from Lockwood, just across the river, I'll try to get a pic of the skyline.
