Please, from the majority of the posts you make, it doesn't seem like you know very much about Regina. Yeah, it's the longest commerical corridor, that doesn't mean it's the busiest.

there you go. From that map you can see that there are several intersections that have more AADT. For example, in the downtown alone, Vic Ave./Broad St., Broad St./Sask Dr., and Albert St./Sask Dr. And by the look of it, the busiest at-grade intersection is Pasqua Street + Ring Road at about 111,800 combined vehicles/day
