This is an inevitably political comment, but I gotta say, it's striking how proportionately few East Asian (i.e. Chinese) faces you see in the photos of the climate protests in Vancouver and Toronto.

Perhaps climate protest is yet another form of white privilege? I wonder how racialized people can feel safe in spaces that have been colonized by racist oppressors? Maybe it's time for white people to stop dominating this movement too, just like they have for everything else in society?

You think Chinese people are not going to these protests because there are too many white people? What am I reading?

The truth is Chinese, and other minorities dont give a fuck about this virtue signaling nonsense by white people, they are too busy working, making money and taking care of their families.

Whats on display here and other parts of Canada with almost all white people at these types of events is the 'white guilt' BS being peddled by the far left. White people are to blame for all the ills of the world.

Do you see climate protests in China, India, the Middle East?

Great shots. mcminsen!

Shepard Fairey had just completed that first piece before I left, but I haven't seen that one on Kingsway before. Nice implementation.

Is there anything better than taking a stroll along an old street covered in leaves on a cool october evening?

It's always a fun yet difficult challenge to find the shot you like the most with Montreal. This time, I think it's this one:

I recently moved to Charlottetown for vet school and realized that it, and PEI, have almost zero presence on the Canada thread.
So here's some pictures I've taken since being here:

It's illegal to feed squirrels in Montreal?

Interesting how the snow takes longer to melt on mount royal trees than those on the streets below.
