533 E. Congress St
Savannah, GA, USA
Built 2015
https://www.aiaga.org/design_awards/private-residence/

The residence at 533 E. Congress Street represents a compatible, yet modern, addition to Savannah’s National Historic Landmark District. The construction of this house on a tithing lot in Savannah’s Washington Square represented the dedication of the owners to residing in and enhancing the historic district, the talent and diligence of the architect to designing distinct but compatible infill in a contemporary style, and ultimately the transformation of a neglected corner lot into an anchor for the square and neighborhood.

Palazzo Parigi[/B]

Milan, Italy | Built 2013
http://www.palazzoparigi.com/en/default.html

More than five years since finding the perfect location for her dream project, architect Paola Giambelli has finally opened Palazzo Parigi, transforming what used to be the palazzo of the Kramer family into a hotel that celebrates the spirits of Milan and Paris in one. The 98 rooms and suites, designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon, come in two styles: 'minimalist, modern Milanese' and 'romantic, imperialistic Parisian'. Pink Baveno marble, intricate woodwork and precious artwork and antiques form part of the carefully crafted interior. Elsewhere in the hotel, the neoclassical restaurant offers traditional Italian delicacies with a contemporary twist, complemented by some 800 wines. With a view of the garden, Caffé Parigi is perfect for a quick lunch or one of patissier's treats.
