I don't think there will really need to be any since the exoskeleton seems to be structural so no columns to cover and there don't appear to be any ceiling covers either.

Thanks for the update, mcminsen!

Wow @ the tower on the right side of the photo. Vancouver has built some train wrecks recently.

That tower is actually two separate towers, Salt in front and Tate in the background. While Tate is a bit of a mess, Salt looks fine on its own. This photo is misleading.

That office tower seems kind of stubby considering current demands...When was its design completed and approved?

It was rezoned with the two residential towers in 2013, but the Development Permit wasn't submitted until 2016. It's 182 feet tall - so not really stubby, inless you see it in the context of a 54 storey residential tower. It's not part of the CBD, so from a market perspective it's a fair amount of space to bring to market on spec. It appears that it's all still available to lease.

Nice shot mcminsen (having my building in the foreground, I like). You can clearly see the concrete placing boom(was install in the first week of April).
This shot was taken on April 15.

The small building(s) south of the 7-11 seem to be under demolition.

Thanks!
The grid is looking good.

The angled columns in the podium are strange.
I suppose that they are there on the Hornby side to make room for what looks like a swimming pool(?), but under the tower, the same cantilevered facade is accomplished with straight vertical columns (thicker for the tower above), suggesting that the angled columns are just aesthetic. It also looks weird to see the sheer wall on the upper podium levels offset from the angled columns below.

I'm loving how this one is turning out so far. The grid should make it look quite tall too, by emphasizing the vertical with the boxes.

That's my favorite view of the site

I'm wondering if a time-lapse of this view is in the works

That'd be a nice touch.

I am quite liking this angle so far.

Wow. That's crazy that the grid is all out of concrete. I figured it to be steel stud and cladding.

This actually looks really cool so far.

Yeah, will be awesome if they can do the same for the 601 Beach Crescent building beside Granville bridge too. Concrete "honeycomb" treatment on accent facades instead of the the typical balconies will do wonders to that building.
