Another high-rise has been announced for downtown Nashville, and this one will take the place of the current Nelson Mazda, the only urban-like dealership in the core. This is a very prominent location right by I-65 downtown and Broadway, so it'll be a very high traffic site.
The developer, based in Austin, has very close business ties with Whole Foods and that company has been actively searching for a downtown or midtown site for a few years now.
