It's completed fenced, but you can get a clear view front the east side fencing.

The park looks amazing and appears to be a nice venue for small, intimate concerts - with the downtown skyline in clear view.
It was still fenced off yesterday when I was over there. The water collection has already helped in the last couple of storms. This is going to be a beautiful amenity. Crazy how the stadium looms over it!

Crazy to me that Peoplestown has terrible sewage flooding issues, but some residents push back against a similar stormwater retention pond/park in the area. Think the city owns the majority of the block, just looking to acquire a few additional parcels.

Looks great, and finished. This reminds me of the new Grant Park deck that looked finished but was fenced off forever for some reason.

Not sure but I think it's maybe partially topped out or at least very close to being topped out.

Its topped out. You can see the difference in the roof’s floor plate.

This is old news by now (June 2020) - but I wonder if anyone knows if there is any progress on permits?

I'm encouraged that they've been acquiring more adjoining properties and that it's not just stalled out

Does anyone know why Equifax on Peachtree st in north midtown has a fence around the building? Are they planning some sort of new construction to the building? Also that Huge project at 17th and Spring is coming along good. Just drove by it. The Midtown Union.

What now Atlanta reported that the Atlanta belt line transit is moving forward on its 22 mile light rail project. October the 12th there will be surveyors on the east side trail surveying the trail.

An early rendering of Here Atl showed it having a distinct spire (in the general area of the concrete posts in the pic). Later showed it without. I wonder if that's going to happen?!
