The Margaritaville building is a Wyndham resort. They operate a little differently than typical timeshares. Instead of buying in one building, their purchasers get a certain number of nights a year to use in
any Wyndham resort. I know I’ve pointed this out elsewhere, but I don’t remember if I did here.
It’s worth noting this because they won’t really need to find the biggest Jimmy Buffet fans in the world to buy here, it’ll rather be another building to add to their list of choices. I think the building will do well enough and stay fairly occupied.
This style of timeshare still seems like a bad idea to me though.
