It's so great seeing Texas' cities getting these wonderful downtown parks. Houston with Discovery Green, Austin with Town Lake Park, and now San Antonio with Main Plaza being redeveloped. I need to check it out when I'm there next time.

Wouldn't mind seeing a photo thread of the new Main Plaza area, including the Bexar County courthouse & San Fernando Cathedral.

Would also be interested if anybody has heard of any (feasible) ideas/plans to develop Dolorosa or West Commerce and stitch some of the energy from the Riverwalk into El Mercado--an under appreciated area of San Anto if you ask me.

Thanks!
