This one is already almost completed, but since we didn't have a thread about it yet, I'll start one.

Floors: 57

Use: Hotel / Retail

Construction Start: 2004

very nice bldng, love it, but dont like the huge base, makes look the bldng shorter than its...

Nice design but yeah, the base ir way too big for the design.

Great tower, but like the previous posts the base is too big for this relatively narrow building.
