Everyday its something new with these guys. I hope we learned our lesson that cheap is not always the best choice, because that's exactly what we got... a cheap building, a cheap design, and a cheap company who doesn't know how to handle a project.

The city should have never been involved in building a hotel. Thay should have tried to have private development do this, and if it didn't happen then so what. A cramped riverwalk entrance that no rooms overlook. It blocks out the skyline like a wall. All kinds of legal hangovers.

Wrong space; wrong developer; wrong building; what a shame.
