Palm trees only appear at beaches? There are several cold hardy palms found all over areas of the world that are not a beach. In fact the Texas Sabel Palm is very common in South and Central Texas.

Wow! that's a great view. I do hope they had a wider view, though. They do seem to be moving fast, as I would expect for this project.

However, this is the second time I see that it's going to be 20 floors instead of 21. Now it's on their main page, so it has to be 20 now. Did this change, I remember them considering 22 floors, adding one more, but it seems its now 20. Well, I guess it doesn't really matter since high is most important.

Hotel Indigo is awful. Hopefully the Arts will cover it up!

Seems like hotel indigo has a thing for awful design!

The one here in austin has all the character of a cheaply built student housing project. The one in Dallas is located in a beautiful historic building, but the room finishes are just awful....periwinkle blue and yellow, floral patterns, I felt like I was at Great Aunt Patty's retirement house in the backwoods of Alabama.

If we're talking about a towering construction crane that gets floors to go vertically...I'd say between 3 to 4 months

Nah, these type of construction projects finish up fast. This will not be the Frost. Time is truly is money regarding these projects. I say by end of March we will see something, no later than mid-April, for sure.
