Construction on The Palm Trump International Hotel and Tower Dubai is expected to begin in 2008 with completion anticipated for 2010- 2011.

The condo hotel units will be sold in pre-construction stages with sales expected to begin in or around March 2008. Like all of the Trump condo hotels to date, it is expected to sell out very quickly (i.e. the Trump Waikiki sold out its first day on the market).

Trump Dubai Sales and Construction

Just to update you regarding Trump Dubai sales. '

The final touches are being put on the project and the sales requirements. Sales will start in March 2008 as stated above. Construction will start in 3 to 6 months there after. It may start even sooner.

As you may or may not know all previous TRUMP projects we have been involved with sell out quite rapidly and this one will sell just a fast.

The demand has been quite high and we estimate the first day of sales will see a huge demand for inventory. The Trump in Hawaii sold out in 24 hours. Trump Mexico Tower one sold out in 48 hours. Last but not least the Trump Ocean club Panama sold 30% of the inventory just in the first week alone.

To be placed on our company's notification list as a potential buyer, please E-Mail us and we will notify you as soon as the initial details are released. Kindly make sure to include the name of the project and you budget range.

That's an awesome looking building, and I love the elevated rail line passing through it as well!

The same can't unfortunately be said about the urban planning here:

Commieblocks and a highway in between.

Actually despite what the headlines say according to those who live nearby work is still going on. I'll change the title to on hold when it actually happens.
