It looks like they're working on the 14th floor at the top of the core of the residential section, leaving 17 floors to go plus the crown.
That would put it near the top of that last picture.
Using my superior Microsoft Paint skills, I've determined that from this angle the 6XG is just about even in height with The Austonian and slightly shorter than The Independent.

I visited Austin for the first time last week and was really impressed. Very friendly people downtown (especially after having been in NY, NY a few days before), and it's really booming. These were taken 4/15:
We treated ourselves to some Countyline on the Lake last night, and holly smokes is the skyline looking good from 360. The view coming back after dark was kind of unbelievable how big the skyline appeared.

I cannot wait to see the skyline from out there come '25. Those hill views are breathtaking.
That view of the Capitol from the north is becoming really cool and unique now that the western portion of the skyline is filling in with >500 footers. I can't think of another US city where the capital / city hall / prominent historic building has such a backdrop. They're at a distance where they don't overwhelm the Capitol but still look massive, and are framed symmetrically behind it.
Austin has such a unique-to-Texas density. San Antonio is its only peer in that regard and it's so exciting seeing both cities - and obviously other TX cities, as well - creating even more density moving into the future.
How many floors left on this one? This is gonna look massive from there and Zilker clubhouse when it's done.
I believe the building just cleared that first setback above the office levels. If that's the case there's another 13-14ish more floors to go, not including the crown. (around 200 feet).
This rendering from the website is at a similar angle of orientation as the Barton Creek view above.

By going off the elevations you are 100% correct. I get ~674’.
Nice photos up there. I saw it today from Lamar up around Pease Park, and it's really owning that view. Waterloo and the general buildout of West Campus were impressive, too.
