lol this video is incredible. And yeah the city has changed a lot; I went there 2 years ago for the first time in about 10 years and hardy recognized parts of downtown.
The biggest change seems to be Gottingen followed by Spring Garden. Barrington actually seems fairly untouched by the passage of 30 years.

Nice. Cities in Canada tend to look more like actual cities in the winter when the tree canopy isn't hiding much of the lowrise built form.

We took our walk in the village next door, instead of ours, yesterday.
The village of Grondines is located on the north shore of the St. Lawrence. It has one monumental church (built between 1839 and 1842) and an old windmill. I'll definitely go back with a camera, instead of my old cellphone...
