Looks great!

Have you walked up and down the atrium stairs yet?

Not yet. Just stood on the landings. It’s very cool. The frit glass handrail blocks the view of the parking lot nicely. Ha ha.

The frosting on the upper and lower parts of the office windows, clear glass for the atrium - perfect!

This turned out so well. Lots going on and it all works nicely together.

I like the frosting at night because it helps smooth over all the junk that you tend to see in offices at night (bright fluorescent light fixtures, cubicle walls, equipment, etc.). It would be nice to see more office buildings do this.

Easily one of the nicest buildings in downtown (at least, built in the last 100 years). Great job!

This project turned out great by the looks of it. Not overly complicated by design, but not overly dull either.

A welcome addition to the Exchange!

Is it designed for future expansion? That last pic makes it look like the south wing could handle a couple more storeys as with the north wing...

The building is not designed for additional floors.

There is a lot of internal expansion designed into the building. There's even a big empty room with no floor that can expand vertically into the basement. There has been talk of the bit of parking as a possibility, but you start to get very close to the rail line. Richardsons are growing fast. More than half the building was designed as expansion and it's almost full before it even opens.

My hope is that they look at one of their other adjacent parking lots if/when expansion is needed.
