Thank you. I put about 20 minutes into making that whole tunnel.

Exclamation The Revitalized Financial District.

Ok, these next few pictures show you all of the new buildings and layouts of the area of the former Brandenburg Port. The Tunnel is completly finished and looks excellent.

You'll notice all the new buildings are a blue color. That is to distinguish them as new modern buildings. Like I said there are 5 "A" class office towers 1: 5 star hotel, underground and above groud malls, dining, a station, and wider roads. And of course the park.

One of the office towers is the cities new second tallest. At 95 floors, the Alliance Tower makes a big mark in the skyline.

In some of the pic's, you'll also notice some other development going on in the city. A new two building office complex and a construction site for a new mall and residential tower are shown.

A shot of the new Alliance Tower from the Toll Booth:

This pic shows the tunnel entrance from Stadium City in W. Brandenburg....

One final shot........

Hope you enjoyed. Please tell me what you think of the new area. Give suggestions or opinions or both.

There will be images of the new port, ferry terminal, federal building, and a new tower tomorrow. Until then, enjoy!

Arrow Looking Foward.............................

Possible future projects:

-Resort/Hotel
-Elevated train
-Waterfront retail, beach, dining, hotels, and condos

Doing this will mean the destruction of Shoreside Park. Whats you opinion about the proposal?

well i guess the toll both has advantages. developers can also make k=more residential high rises and people will buy then not only because they won't have to pay the booth but because they won't have to be in traffic!!

Why don't you make a freestanding structure!! make it in a place where everyone can see the whole thing and it should be you cities symbol. I.d.k what my cities symbol is but I'll probably make it my observation tower.
Nice city i really like those two towers next to the Convention Center the gray ones.

Thanks everyone for the commentary.

Right now I consider the Twins if the BIBC the cities symbol. Thats not to say there will not be a taller building down the road. I also just built the 95 floor Alliance Tower (shown above) which is the symbol of the cities financial revitalization.

Here is one final shot for tonight. Some new buildings of the financial district as well as some veterans. Also in clear view is the AON Center, now the cities 3rd tallest.
scroll>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

If you look closely you can see the Brandenburg Bay Tunnel underneath the Brandenburg Bay.

More updates will arrive tomorrow. Until then, enjoy!

Brandenburg Batters Stadium

Ok, I have finished the stadium. This is a domed stadium which is home to the Brandenburg Batters (baseball team). (I know, it's a bad name). Anyway the stadium also host concerts and shows.

Here is a sneak peak of the stadium. This is a shot of Downtown Brandenburg through the glass wall section (near center field).
scroll>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I'll show a shot of the stadium itself tomorrow. Enjoy!

Perhaps the "Brandenburg Concertos" would be a more fitting team name?

J/K

I look forward to seeing the stadium from the outside.

This is off topic a bit but:

I really recommend that you guys watch the DEPECHE MODE video ontop of the original WTC. Its and awesome song and music video. (The song is now one of my favorites).
It's in the WTC Redevelopment Thread.

Exclamation Stadium shots..................

Ok, here is a view of the Brandenburg Batters Stadium. Just to remind you the Batters are a baseball team, and this is a domed stadium.

scroll>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

More to come soon (including the new port). Enjoy!
