Maybe try a different hosting service. imgur.com is free to use and has worked for me on here in the past.

Thanks rkspec. What did you do? I did the same thing I have done for any of my images.

At the pace this project has been moving I doubt it but if the hollowcores are finished being installed today we could potentially have the next level of steel columns installed by weeks end. This project could finally start moving with some consistency.

Walking through the intersection of Fort and Graham yesterday, it was the first time it looked to me like a skyscraper was under construction.

I chatted with someone from the project, and while they were quiet, they did smile and said something along the lines of "big positive progress" and "full steam ahead".

I pushed for more and got a chuckle so I guess that's all haha.

Personally I am glad this is going up slow. It gives us something to look forward too. We probably won't get another building this tall for a while so enjoy it.

While I'm thrilled with this project, and think 330 has already had a really positive impact on the feel of the block, it really is too bad it didn't end up 4 storeys – those big windows would probably have added some good animation to the street.

That's my one big complaint about the east side buildings on that block – lots of big busy offices, but none of them have any street interaction on the main floor, and all have very dark windows – never see any action there.

There’s a lot of Tyndall stone going up on the Fort side, with narrow planters almost the whole length. Should do a lot to soften up that side. Looks nice so far.

I was going to mention the limestone. Noticed it this morning on the bus. It's installed on the main St. side. Appears it will cover all the bare concrete walls. It's installed starting on 360 Main on the bottom parging area. Then on the walls near the bus shelter and the parkade ramp. You can see it in the cam view.

They area also forming a new concrete wall near the bus shelter. So there will be no additional sidewalk space.

Once they add an additional anchor between the crane and the building will they be able to raise the crane to the final height or with they have to raise the crane a couple more times?

I would think that if the crane can reach its current height of 18ish storeys that with an anchor it should be able to more then double its current height due to the added support. Is my thinking right or does anchoring it only add minimal added strength and still require multiple intervals at which to raise and add additional anchors?

I'd assume they will raise it in stages. The crane is barely higher than the concrete pump right now. Looking at Biff's diagram (thanks Biff) they would probably raise it at least a couple more times. not all at once.
